What we collect
When you submit a quote form on this site, we receive only the fields on that form:
- Your name — so we know who we are calling back
- Your phone number — how we reach you; this is the only required contact detail
- Service needed — optional
- ZIP code — optional, so we know whether you are in our service area
- Your message — optional, whatever you choose to tell us
We do not ask for an email address on our quote forms, and we do not collect payment details through this website. We never ask for financial information by email or text.
Alongside the form, we automatically receive the page you submitted from, the page that referred you to us, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on. We use these to understand which pages and adverts actually bring in work.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, quote the job, schedule it, and follow up afterwards. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with other contractors or lead-generation companies.
Third parties
Three Google services operate on this site:
- reCAPTCHA protects our forms from automated spam. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
- Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and which pages lead to a call. It reports on visits in aggregate.
- Google Maps is embedded on our contact section to show where we are based.
Our website is served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs. Beyond these, no third party receives your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job and any follow-up warranty question — ordinarily no more than three years. Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will.
Your choices
Call or email us and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in for this — just ask.
To stop analytics tracking across sites generally, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or use your browser's own privacy controls.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics and for reCAPTCHA. It does not use advertising cookies to build a profile of you, and it does not run third-party ad networks. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies at any time; the site will still work.
Photographs of work
We photograph every duct system before and after we clean it — that is the core of how we work, and you get those photos. We sometimes publish before-and-after photos of the ductwork, equipment or vents themselves. These never identify your address and never show the inside of your home beyond the work area. If you would rather we did not publish yours at all, tell the technician or call us; that is the end of it.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
